The Zesty Lumberjack

Plain Bagel
Fried Egg
Bacon
Grilled Salami
Cheddar Cheese
Tomato
Chipotle Mayo

This has been one of my favorite creations ever since I first had it at a small coffe shop in my college town of Williamstown, MA. Unfortunately the place burned to the ground my sophomore year. But the Zesty Lumberjack lives on! Try it out sometime. Let me know what you think. And please share any successful variations.

Happy Birthday Katie!

Today I get to celebrate my wife’s 26th birthday. I am so thrilled to be able to call myself part of her family even though I am relatively new on the scene. I will never get enough time with this woman.

She also has not one but two blogs better than mine. So check them out. (kquizzo | ourlittleplace)

The best college in America isn’t in Cambridge or Princeton, West Point or Annapolis. It’s nestled in the Berkshire Mountains. Williams College, a 217-year-old private liberal arts school, tops our third annual ranking of America’s Best Colleges. Our list of more than 600 undergraduate institutions is based on the quality of the education they provide, the experiences of the students and how much they achieve. -Forbes

Williams College ftw!

I submitted this photo to my favorite food photography blog, omgsexyfood. One of my math Professors from Williams has a cooking blog, http://zuccherodolce.blogspot.com. These little creations were the result of a Williams College winter study class she taught this January.
