I just recorded a new personal record. 8 rolls of sushi (and a cup of ice cream). This one will stand for quite some time.

Katie took me out to celebrate only having one month left until the wedding. Boy did we celebrate! She was cheering me on the whole way. What a keeper.

The day my appetite died? I pride myself on being able to absolutely put away food. Not today. This is my fettucini alfredo AFTER I ate it. The initial portion was sizable and I did rearrange it after I was “done” in order to make it look fresh. BUT STILL. Wow. Devastated me.
