Day 1: video game you desperately wish you were better at

Smash Brothers is one of the most popular multiplayer games among male twenty somethings and I am just not good at it at all. I never played it much when I was younger. By the time I realized how big it was I was in college and all of my friends were very good. It is difficult to learn how to get better at a game when you hardly get to play between respawns. Moreover, practicing against the computer controlled players does little to nothing to prepare you for live competition. It seems that my time for this game has passed. I wish that were not true.
